3. To provide hardcopy books to each location of the firm, as required. If you forget to tell us you are out of books, that’s not a problem. We will mail a hard copy directly to the course enrollee and a new batch of hard copies for the office to store. The fact that only a portion of the firm is studying for their exams is built into the pricing table. This way, your price won’t increase if an employee who isn’t currently studying is prompted to pursue licensure because of their new-found access to the Amber Book, or if next month you hire a new emerging professional who wants to use the course to study for their exams.
WHY MUST YOU SCHEDULE AN EXAM BEFORE YOU GET CONTINUED COURSE ACCESS?
Each emerging professional with the firm’s domain in their email address will get access to one month’s access on any start date desired. After that first month, the enrollee may continue access to the course provided they’ve scheduled at least one exam division. (We recommend scheduling all of your remaining divisions to fall three to four months after you start the course.) We are all deadline-oriented people in this profession, and we’ve found that licensure rates go up with this constraint in place.
I DON’T UNDERSTAND THAT LAST SECTION
As an employee of the firm, you can start using the course anytime you want for as long as your firm has a license, for all six exam divisions. There is no limit to the number of people in the firm who can enroll in total and there is no limit to the number of employees who can be using the course material at the same time. When you are ready to enroll, you enroll. After one month, you’ll need to send us a screenshot demonstrating that you have scheduled an exam to re-up your course access. You can, for instance, enroll for three weeks, schedule an exam division, share the screenshot and continue to study with Amber uninterrupted. . . or you can study with us for a month, wait two months while you build up courage, schedule your exam(s), and regain access to the course after you’ve shared the screenshot. Obviously, as a subscription service, we make more money stringing everyone along and stretching out your studying for as long as possible—but we want you moving toward licensure more than we want your money and we’ve found this benevolently paternal policy to have the best results for you.
